Gift card help:

New Gift Cards use a 9-digit alpha-numeric code. If you have a "legacy" Gift Card with a 16-digit number and a 4-digit PIN, please enter the number as follows:

Last 5 digits of Gift Card Number (in our example, this is 54321) and the 4 digits of the PIN (you may need to scratch off the silver coating with a key or a coin to expose the pin). If the PIN on our example card is 9876, you would enter the following 9 digits in the Gift Card field: 543219876.
